East Kalimantan is one of the largest coal source in Indonesia. There are 1488 mining permits issued by the government. On the other hand, Samarinda as the capital city of East Kalimantan has a high population level so that green open space which currently only around 5%. However, community in East Kalimantan does not get information disclosure from the government about natural resource management in East Kalimantan includes General Mining, Forestry, Plantation, and the Environment. Therefore, people in East Kalimantan strive to get information disclosure properly in order to develop community economic welfare.
